Anthropic has given its developer writing a permanent address. Claude.dev is now live, billing itself as "technical writing for people building with Claude" and collecting engineering deep dives, Claude Code and API guides, playbooks, and videos under one roof.

The site is real and browsable today. Its homepage tagline: "Sharing tips, tricks, and POVs from Anthropic's developers." Posts are organized into categories including engineering, agents, playbooks, and skills, and the archive stretches from May 20 through September 28, 2026, with pieces like "Building with Claude Sonnet 5.5," "Using Claude Code: Spending your effort," and a May article on using Claude Code to generate HTML. Featured videos sit alongside the written articles.

Coverage by RuntimeWire, published early Thursday, says Anthropic introduced the hub on September 30 through its developer account on X. Anthropic describes the site as a place to share tips, tricks, and points of view from its own developers, with easter eggs tucked in. I could not independently verify the X announcement itself, but the site it points to is unmistakably live and on-brand.

A destination, not new content

Worth noting: the September announcement introduced a destination for work that was already being published. The listed articles predate the hub, so the launch is about packaging and permanence rather than fresh material. That is still a meaningful move. Anthropic's engineering posts have become one of the more useful windows into how the Claude Code team actually works, including its experiments with dynamic workflows, skills, and cost management for model-assisted tasks.

The launch also fits a pattern. Over the past month Anthropic has been steadily building out its developer surface: the Claude Marketplace for plugins and connectors launched September 23, a submission portal for plugin developers followed on September 25, and Claude Code Projects brought persistent multi-session coordination on September 17. Claude.dev is the documentation and storytelling layer on top of that stack, aimed at the same audience: developers deciding where to invest their agent workflows.

For developers, the practical takeaway is simple. If you build with Claude or Claude Code, there is now one address that collects the team's own guidance, and it is worth bookmarking.
