Lovable prices workspaces by credits rather than seats. The Free plan includes 5 build credits per day, capped at 30 each month, plus monthly grants of 20 Cloud credits and 4 credits for AI features inside published apps. Pro costs $25 per month, or $21 per month billed annually, and includes 100 monthly credits. Business costs $50 per month, or $42 per month billed annually, with the same 100-credit base and additional access and security controls. Enterprise uses custom, volume-based pricing.

How Lovable credits work

Lovable moved to one balance for building apps, running Lovable Cloud, and powering AI features inside deployed apps in June 2026. Paid plan credits can be used across those three categories. Daily build grants and monthly Cloud grants sit on top of a paid plan's credit balance.

Credit use is not a fixed one-prompt-one-credit system. Lovable's current examples range from 0.5 credit for a small style change to 1.7 credits for a landing page with generated images. Plan Mode costs 1 credit per message, while Default Mode varies with task complexity. This makes task size and iteration count as important as the headline monthly allowance.

Which Lovable plan should you choose?

• Free: best for evaluating the builder or maintaining a small, occasional project. Private projects and unlimited workspace members are included, but the 30-credit monthly build cap is restrictive for sustained work.
• Pro: the practical choice for a solo builder or small team shipping a real web app. It adds 100 monthly credits, custom domains, branding removal, top-ups, and credit rollover.
• Business: for organizations that need SSO, restricted projects, role-based access, design templates, and Lovable's security center.
• Enterprise: for larger deployments that need volume credit pricing, audit logs, SCIM provisioning, advanced controls, or dedicated support.

Lovable says monthly plan credits expire two months after they are issued, annual plan credits expire one month after the annual period ends, and purchased top-up credits last twelve months. Daily grants expire at the end of each day and do not roll over.
